Jamaican Dogs Blood Bush

Dogs Blood plant (Rivina humilis) also known as blood berry, rouge plant, baby pepper, and fertility bush, as a natural remedy for fertility issues. Nutritionist Donovan Grant explains that the plant's red berries have anti-inflammatory properties that can help clear Fallopian tubes, a common cause of infertility.

This  herbal tea is also used to alleviate period cramps when taken daily, starting three days before menstruation, sometimes in combination with Vervain bush. HOW TO PREPARE:

One tablespoon of the dried leaf can be used in 1 cup of hot water and steeped in freshly boiled spring water. Allow it to infuse for 15 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy tea at room temperature, without natural flavorings. Take three times daily.

TEA BAGS:

To brew tea, bring fresh spring water to a rolling boil, place one tea bag per cup in the teapot, pour the boiling water over the tea bags, cover, and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste. Let cool, and enjoy tea at room temperature, without natural flavorings. Take three times daily.
