HOW TO PREPARE:

One tablespoon of the dried leaf can be used in 1 cup of hot water and steeped in freshly boiled spring water. Allow it to infuse for 15 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy tea at room temperature, without natural flavorings. Take three times daily.

It’s recommended to drink consistently daily until your cycle begins to regulate for 1-3 months. Once your cycle becomes consistent, you can transition to drinking it cyclically.

TEA BAGS:

To brew tea, bring fresh spring water to a rolling boil, place one tea bag per cup in the teapot, pour the boiling water over the tea bags, cover, and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste. Let cool, and enjoy tea at room temperature, without natural flavorings. Take three times daily.
