What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. Please double-check your order to ensure it aligns with your expectations.
When will I receive my order?
You can track your order once it is shipped! We do our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. Our shipping is fast so you will get it a couple days after.
What countries do you currently ship to?
We currently ship to the continental U.S. only.
What happens if my shipment is returned back to sender?
If your shipment is returned back to the sender due to an incorrect address or it not being picked up, we email you to get the correct address or you may request a refund- ($20 restocking fee will apply).
If you would like us to resend your order, you will have to pay shipping charges for orders that are being sent out a second time. If we are unable to reach you, we will refund your order.
How long does raw Seamoss last?
You can leave the dried seamoss in the bag and in a cool dark place like your cupboard and will last over a year!
How do I make Seamoss Gel?
Rinse a handful of Sea Moss well and put in a container with enough water to cover it and soak for at least 4 hours. You can also add a squeeze of lime juice while soaking to neutralize Seamoss taste.
Remove Sea Moss from water then place in blender with just enough water to cover the Sea Moss and blend until it makes a smooth paste.
Your seamoss is now ready to be used in your smoothies, tea, desserts and even face masks!
Store refrigerated in a clean glass jar for up to 3 weeks.
Why does my Seamoss have salt on it?
All our seamoss is all naturally processed and we do not add any salt! That is natural salt that comes with the seamoss.
Our full spectrum is really potent! The full spectrum will smell stronger, be more salty and hold more moisture as we dry it in the dark and the salt collects on the seamoss instead of evaporating.
